EGLE increases permit fees for ANC program

EGLE has released the permit fee structure for the 2025 permitting season. Below you will find the increases and links to the release announcement.
2024 permit fees (Old fee structure)
Certificate of Coverage: $75
Individual Permits:
a. Less than 1/2 acre: $80
b. 1/2 acre or more but less than 5 acres: $225
c. 5 acres or more but less than 20 acres: $450
d. 20 acres or more but less than 100 acres: $875
e. 100 acres or more: $1,600
New Permit fees for 2025
Certificate of Coverage: $85
Individual Permits:
a. Less than 1/2 acre: $90
b. 1/2 acre or more but less than 5 acres: $250
c. 5 acres or more but less than 20 acres: $500
d. 20 acres or more but less than 100 acres: $1,000
e. 100 acres or more: $1,850
