Mobile boat wash crew jobs and AIS Landing Blitz grants available

If you or someone you know is looking for a rewarding summer job that allows you to spend your days outdoors, consider joining Michigan State University’s mobile boat wash crews. Help protect Michigan’s waters by teaching boaters about invasive species, demonstrating proper boat cleaning methods and conducting invasive species surveys.
Recruiting is underway now for invasive species outreach technicians – both for crew leaders and crew members – at careers.msu.edu, job #848516. Apply now to help safeguard Michigan’s inland lakes and Great Lakes from European frog-bit, New Zealand mudsnail, water lettuce and other aquatic invasives that threaten the health and quality of state waters.
